We've lost a quiet GIANT in our community...Mr. Don Mack has passed away!
You might remember seeing the impeccably dressed bespeckeled man with the salty white hair on his red golf cart going by from time to time. If you knew him you almost bowed every time you saw him because he was a soldier and a national hero. Mr. Don Mack was a surviving crew member of the USS Indianapolis, which is known for being ' the worst naval disaster in United States history'.

He and his lovely wife Dorothy were among the original owners here in Pennwood and helped to make the community what it is today.
Graveside services will be held at 2pm onTuesday, January 4th at Northampton Memorial Shrine, 3051 Green Pond Road, Easton, PA 18045
