PENNWOOD SUMMER EVENTS & NEWS YOU CAN USE

UPCOMING PENNWOOD EVENTS:

SATURDAY 9/5                      ASSOCIATION MEETING 
9:30AM                                          

SATURDAY 9/5                      PENNWOOD WINE TASTING AT THE POINT                      4PM                       Bring wine, glasses and a snack to share (main, side, appetizer or dessert)
                    DJ Anthony will be spinning music n taking requests
                                                  

SUNDAY 9/6                            YOUTH FISHING CONTEST 
9AM - 12PM                             (AGES 15 YRS AND UNDER)
Registration will be from 8:30am - 9am. 
Bring your fishing rods and bait.  
Fishing restricted to Pennwood Point area, docks and cove area up to the two swim buoys.  
No beach fishing.  This will be a catch and release contest with judges on hand to take measurements Top 10 Prizes:
Greatest length: measured mouth to tail

Rain Date: Monday 9/7 


SUNDAY 9/6                            CLASSIC STATIC DISPLAY SHOW
1PM - 5PM                                          
                                                                                                         
This includes boats cars, motorcycles, canoes etc. If you have a classic of any kind that you want to show off; blow off the dust and bring it down to our meeting area across from A and B docks.

Just an FYI:   If you are a "weekender" and have garbage pick-up; please consider creating a "wooden enclosure" for your trash cans. (see the Regec's system on N. Maple for example) The cans cannot sit out until your next visit as the bears always figure out a way into your garbage before its collected and your neighbors regularly have to pick up the mess the bears leave behind.  Thanks. : )
