At our Memorial Day it was agreed that any homeowner having a boat docked in Pennwood needs to have boater’s insurance. The main reason for this is to protect the Association and fellow boaters from any harm or damages caused by a fire or related incident with impact beyond your own boat. Of course, it is also a good idea to have coverage protecting yourself and your boat.
Richard Tomlin has agreed to coordinate this effort. Please send proof of your boaters insurance, via email at richnjeant@msn.com or regular mail (103 North Beech Ln, Greentown PA 18426) and direct any and all questions you may have, to him at 570.857.0545. Please take this seriously. We need proof that all boats are insured and on record immediately.
