Welcome to the new summer season!!
On behalf of the executive committee, this communication is to inform you that we have secured a dumpster and located it by the beach for use in cleaning up the debris that has accumulated over the winter season.
The dumpster will be here until June 1st OR when it is full – whichever comes first
We welcome home owners to take this opportunity to use the dumpster for trash you may want to dispose of from your property. We also encourage all members to pick up any trash you may come across while walking or driving about in Pennwood and throw it in the dumpster.
Please note there are restrictions on the type of trash that can be thrown in the dumpster – NO HAZARDOUS WASTE (e.g. batteries, tires, paint, corrosives, oil, gasoline or electronics like computers and monitors, fluorescent bulbs, etc.) Please also – NO FOOD GARBAGE – let’s not attract the bears!!
